Do you have a physical store?

We don't have a traditional retail store, but you're welcome to pick up your order directly from our printing facility! Just let us know when you'd like to swing by, and we'll have it ready.

Products & Customisation

Do you offer custom colors or personalization?

Yes! We have 28 colours to choose from across our range, and you pick your combination when you order. For custom logos, select the 'custom logo' option on the product page and upload your design — no need to email us. It's all part of the ordering process.

What material are your products made of?

All of our 3D printed products are made from durable PLA filament. Some items also include magnets, strong glue, and vegan felt lining for added functionality. Read more here.

What dice sizes do your storage solutions accommodate?

The Battlebox is designed for D6 dice and comes in 5 different variations to store either 12mm or 16mm D6 dice — it's fully modular so you can switch between sizes. Check individual product pages for specific dimensions and compatibility details

How strong are the magnets in your products?

We use high-quality neodymium magnets that provide secure closure without being overpowering. They're strong enough to keep contents safe during transport but easy to open with one hand during gameplay. The magnetic strength won't affect nearby electronic devices.

Do the products require assembly?

No, our products come pre-assembled. We take care of putting everything together for you before shipping, so you can dive straight into your games.

Are your products officially licensed by any specific game company?

No. Our products are independently designed for use across a range of tabletop wargames. They're not affiliated with or endorsed by any game company. You'll still need your own rulebooks and game materials to play — our accessories are here to make the experience smoother.

Ordering

How long does it take to get my order?

All our products are made to order. Production typically takes up to 2 weeks, after which your order is shipped with a tracking number. Delivery time then depends on your location.

  • 🇪🇺 EU customers, there are no additional duties or taxes — you only pay the listed price and shipping.
  • 🇺🇸 US customers, all import duties and taxes are included in the price — no surprise fees at delivery.
  • 🌍 International orders, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

What currencies and payment methods do you accept?

We support a wide range of international currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, SEK, JPY, and many others. You can select your preferred currency using the country/region selector at the bottom of our website.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and several other payment methods. All available options will be displayed during checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order before we have begun printing (within the first 24 hours of placing the order), please contact us immediately at support@treeoftales.se.

While we will do our best to accommodate such requests, please understand that once production has started, cancellation may not be possible, or we may need to retain a portion of the payment to cover material and labor costs already incurred.

What if I chose the wrong colour?

Get in touch at support@treeoftales.se as soon as possible. If we haven't started printing yet, we can update your order. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible since every item is printed to your specification.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! We have automatic volume discounts that apply at checkout when you order multiple qualifying products — no code needed.

Shipping & Tracking

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to bring our unique gaming accessories to players worldwide. To see if we ship to your specific location and to determine shipping costs and estimated delivery times, please proceed to checkout. Your shipping options and associated costs will be calculated based on your address before you finalize your purchase.

What shipping carriers do you use?

PostNord handles all our shipments from Stockholm. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Since we use PostNord for shipping, you can track your package through their system.

How do I track my international order?

Your tracking number: Look for a 13-character code in your shipping confirmation email or Shopify account.

Where to track: Visit postnord.se/en and click 'Track & Trace,' then enter your tracking number. For US customers, PostNord hands over to USPS once the package arrives in the US — you can use the same tracking number on usps.com.

Expected delivery times:

  • USA: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5-6 business days
  • Australia: 7-8 business days

No updates for several days? Normal during international transit — packages can go 5–7 days without scanning. Still no package after 14+ business days? Contact us at support@treeoftales.se and we'll sort it out.

Return & Issues

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for eligible, non-personalized items if you get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order.

What if I received a broken or incorrect product?

If your product is broken or incorrect, please email us a clear photo of it at support@treeoftales.se. We'll get a replacement sent out to you as quickly as possible.
