Do you have a physical store?
We don't have a traditional retail store, but you're welcome to pick up your order directly from our printing facility! Just let us know when you'd like to swing by, and we'll have it ready.
Do you offer custom colors or personalization?
Yes! We offer custom color combinations on all our products and can add custom logos on select items. Contact us at hello@treeoftales.se to discuss your specific customization needs and any additional costs.

Products
Are your products officially licensed by any specific game company?
No, our products are independently designed and created for use with a range of tabletop miniature wargames. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or intended to replace any official products from any specific game company. These tokens are intended to assist players in tracking in-game effects and statuses, similar to using markers or notes. Rulebooks and other official game materials are still required for gameplay.
Where are your products designed and manufactured?
Everything is made in our own facility in Stockholm, Sweden.
Do the products require assembly?
No, our products come pre-assembled. We take care of putting everything together for you before shipping, so you can dive straight into your games.
What material are your products made of?
All of our 3D printed products are made from durable PLA filament. Some items also include magnets, strong glue, and vegan felt lining for added functionality. Read more here.
How strong are the magnets in your products?
We use high-quality neodymium magnets that provide secure closure without being overpowering. They're strong enough to keep contents safe during transport but easy to open with one hand during gameplay. The magnetic strength won't affect nearby electronic devices.
What dice sizes do your storage solutions accommodate?
Our dice storage products are designed for different gaming needs.
The Battlebox is specifically designed for D6 dice and comes in 5 different variations to store either 12mm or 16mm D6 dice - it's fully modular to switch between sizes.
We're also planning to launch the Adventure Box, which will accommodate the full range of standard gaming dice sizes (d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, d20). Check individual product pages for specific internal dimensions and compatibility details.
Do you offer bulk discounts for gaming groups or stores?
Yes!
We offer automatic bulk discounts for gaming groups, clubs, stores, and tournament organizers. Just mix and match qualifying products and the discount will be applied at checkout—no code needed! Orders & Payment
What currencies and payment methods do you accept?
We support a wide range of international currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, SEK, JPY, and many others. You can select your preferred currency using the country/region selector at the bottom of our website.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and several other payment methods. All available options will be displayed during checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Since we use PostNord for shipping, you can track your package through their system.
How long does it take to make my order?
All of our items are made to order, and therefore there is a production period before shipping:
- For standard orders: Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to print and assemble your order before it ships.
- For customized orders: These can take up to 4 weeks to complete due to custom artwork, test-printing, or other extra handling times.
Once your order is ready and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order before we have begun printing (within the first 24 hours of placing the order), please contact us immediately at support@treeoftales.se.
While we will do our best to accommodate such requests, please understand that once production has started, cancellation may not be possible, or we may need to retain a portion of the payment to cover material and labor costs already incurred.
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship internationally? Where do you ship?
Yes, we offer international shipping to bring our unique gaming accessories to players worldwide. To see if we ship to your specific location and to determine shipping costs and estimated delivery times, please proceed to checkout. Your shipping options and associated costs will be calculated based on your address before you finalize your purchase.

What shipping carriers do you use?

How do I track my international order?
Your tracking number: Look for a 13-character code in your shipping confirmation email or Shopify account.
Where to track: Visit postnord.se/en and click "Track & Trace," then enter your tracking number.
What the tracking statuses mean
"Item processed at postal facility" — We've dropped off your order at PostNord (1-2 days after shipping)
"In transit to destination country" — Your package is traveling internationally (5-10 business days)
"Arrived at destination country/Customs clearance" — Package reached your country, may be in customs (1-5 days)
"Out for delivery" — Now with your local postal service, arriving soon (1-3 days)
Expected delivery times:
• USA: 5-15 business days
• Europe: 3-7 business days
• Canada/Australia: 10-15 business days
Troubleshooting
No updates for several days? Normal during international transit - packages can go 5-7 days without scanning.
Tracking stopped after reaching your country? Try tracking on your local postal service website (USPS, Canada Post, etc.) using the same number.
Still no package after 20+ business days? Contact us - we'll work with PostNord to resolve it or send a replacement.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for eligible, non-personalized items if you get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order.

What if I received a broken or incorrect product?
If your product is broken or incorrect, please email us a clear photo of it at support@treeoftales.se. We'll get a replacement sent out to you as quickly as possible.
