We're excited for you to receive your Tree of Tales products. Since each item is made to order, we take special care in its creation.

Production Time

As everything is made to order for your specific needs, there's a dedicated production period before your order ships:

  • Standard Orders: Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to print and assemble your order.
  • Customized Orders: Orders requiring custom artwork, extensive test-printing, or other extra handling can take up to 4 weeks to complete.

Once your order is ready, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer international shipping to bring our unique gaming accessories to players worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated Delivery Times

All stated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we strive to meet these estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of Loss

The responsibility for the product's safety during transit depends on your location:

  • For consumers purchasing within the European Union (EU): The risk of loss or damage to your product passes to you only when you, or a third party you've indicated (other than the carrier), have physically received possession of the goods.
  • For all other customers (e.g., outside the EU or business customers): The risk of loss or damage passes upon our delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier.

International Customs and Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, you are solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are outside of our control and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
