How it's made

Step inside and you'll hear it — 30 Bambu Lab printers running in shifts, printing your order in the colour you chose. No warehouse, no mass production. Just Kicki, Chris and Erik in Stockholm making exactly what you asked for.

Made to order

Your order doesn't exist until you place it. Here's what happens next.

Materials

PLA Plastic

Our primary material is eco-friendly PLA (Polylactic Acid), a biodegradable plastic derived from renewable resources. We primarily source our PLA from Bambu Lab, known for its consistent quality, and supplement with a small amount from Polymaker to expand our color palette and material properties.

Magnets

We use neodymium magnets from Germany in our boxes for a secure closure.

Cyanoacrylate glue

Army Painter Super Glue is the adhesive material used to bind or secure the magnets to the boxes.

Polyester lining

The interior lid features a self-adhesive, vegan-friendly polyester lining.

Inside our small factory

  • Printing

With 30 dedicated 3D printers humming, each printer is maintained and calibrated to ensure optimal performance, producing prints that meet our standards.

  • Assembly

Once printed, each component is carefully handled. We magnetize all our boxes, every individual token set is sorted and carefully inspected. If any part doesn't meet our quality checks, we reprint it, guaranteeing that only flawless components make it into your final product.

  • Packing

Each order is printed, assembled, and packed by hand. A final check is performed to ensure everything is correct before it leaves us.
