Your army is elite, gold, and almost unkillable: a handful of glorious warriors, each one standing ready to react the moment the enemy moves, each one carrying a stack of stances, saves and combat buffs that decide the game. With so much riding on every unit, a forgotten marker is buff you had and never used.
The Golden Janitors Token Set is a 69-token army tracking system designed for elite, low-model-count forces in tabletop wargaming. It keeps your ready units, martial stances, marked foes and combat modifiers clearly visible to both players, so every one of your few, powerful units performs exactly as it should and nobody has to argue about what's active.
Built for Golden Warrior Armies
This is an army-specific tracking set. It covers the abilities and effects commonly used by elite, reactive armies, including:
Ready markers: eight tokens to show which units stand ready to react
Foe-target marking: a "foe target" wound-bonus token plus three target markers for the enemy units you've singled out with offensive buffs
Double-sided re-roll tokens: "re-roll 1s to hit" flips to "re-roll 1s to wound", and "sustained hits" flips to "lethal hits", so one token covers both effects
Command auras: re-roll 1s to hit and wound, and re-roll 1s to hit
Durability: damage-ignore rolls, a revive-available marker, a "-1 to wound if stronger" defence, "-1 to hit this unit" markers, and ignore-movement-modifier tokens
Martial stance markers: three tokens for units that have taken an action stance
Mobility: advance-and-charge markers and bonuses, fall-back-and-shoot, charge and advance-and-charge re-rolls, plus a pile-in and consolidate debuff against enemies
Combat modifiers: extra attacks, attack/strength/damage boosts, cleave, critical-wound effects, and armour-penetration against a chosen unit
Reserve denial and detection-range boosts
Objective and status markers: sticky-objective holds, +2 objective control, enhanced, and ability-available for your characters
A full visual overview of every token is shown in the product images.
Magnetic Storage Included
Each set comes in a dedicated magnetic storage box, designed to keep your tokens secure, organised, and protected during transport. Fits perfectly in the left pocket of the Battlebox storage system for a modular setup.
Lid Design: Army Theme or Your Own Colours
Two ways to finish the box. Pick the Golden Janitors army theme, an illustrated lid and box design made for this army, available in a Dark or a Light set with the colours fixed to the design. Or pick an icon, border or custom-text lid and choose your token base, text and box colours from all 28 colours, matching your army's scheme or going high-contrast for the table.
Rules Updates & Future Changes
Army rules evolve over time. This set is made for 11th edition and reflects commonly used abilities for this army archetype at the time of production. All products are made to order and designed, printed, and assembled in-house in Stockholm, Sweden. If meaningful rule changes occur, we release small add-on packs rather than asking you to replace a set you already own.
Designed to Work Together
The Golden Janitors Token Set integrates seamlessly within the Tree of Tales ecosystem. Use the Universal Sci-Fi Token Set for shared core mechanics that apply across all armies, then use this set for your army's specific abilities and effects.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this the latest version?
Yes. This set is made for 11th edition and reflects the army's most commonly used abilities and effects in current play. Each set is made to order, and because everything is designed, printed, and assembled in-house in Stockholm, Sweden, we can adapt quickly when meaningful rule changes occur. If new key abilities are introduced, we release small add-on packs rather than replacement sets.
Does it include a storage box?
Yes. Each set comes in a dedicated magnetic storage box designed for secure transport and easy organisation. It fits perfectly in the left pocket of the Battlebox magnetic storage system.
Can I customise the colours?
Yes, with one of two routes. Choose an icon, border or custom-text lid and pick your token base, text and box colours from all 28 colours. Or choose the army-theme lid, which comes in a Dark or a Light set with the colours fixed to the illustrated design.
What is the army-theme lid?
An illustrated lid and box design made for this army, more detailed and more colourful than the standard icon lids. It comes in a Dark or a Light set, and because the colours are part of the design they aren't customised separately.
Are the tokens double-sided?
Some are. Three tokens flip between "re-roll 1s to hit" and "re-roll 1s to wound", and three flip between "sustained hits" and "lethal hits". One token, both effects. All other tokens are single-sided for maximum clarity during play.
Is this a faction-specific token set?
Yes. This set is tailored to a specific army's abilities and effects. For the shared core mechanics used across every army, pair it with our Universal Sci-Fi Token Set.
Is this token set compatible with my game?
This set is designed for sci-fi tabletop miniature wargames. It focuses on the abilities and effects commonly used by this army archetype, and isn't tied to any specific branded game system.

Great quality products from this shop and even better customer service. My tokens look great beside my army’s matching colour scheme. My last two games I’ve gotten multiple compliments on the tokens. I have a battle box on the way from this shop and can’t wait for it arrive. 10/10

Wonderfully made, with excellent amounts of each token to allow for use on the tabletop. Delivery to the UK took just over 3 weeks. While there was the lightest of damage to the case it was easily fixed with a dab of super glue.
Excellent product, will be recommended and considering for my inevitable second army.

ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars is the lid is held on by a few small magnets and is flush with the bottom. That allows the lid to slide side to side and dumping the chips inside. Everything is awesome and the quality is great, but a HUGE improvement would be to make a few small pegs either in the corners or along the side to make sure it doesn't have that horizontal movement. I will definitely buy from them again without question though, what a great product! Thank you!!!

Helps to keep track of all those pesky once-per-game abilities. Having it shown as "ability available" makes it easy to set the tokens out at the start of the game and remove them once the ability is used.

I've had a lot of good experiences ordering from Etsy, but none as good as this! I'll be traveling soon as asked if they could delay my shipment so it wouldn't arrive while I was gone. They replied within minutes and asked how soon I was leaving, and then rushed my order so I could have it sooner rather than later. Not only that, but they're so friendly, too! My tokens arrived really fast (shipping from overseas), and they're top-notch quality. I really love the case, too. Give these folks your business! They deserve it!
Excellent quality storage box! Well made, with plenty of room for all my gaming accessories. Everything fits nicely and stays organized. Very happy with this purchase!
Really nice 3D-printed token set! The two-color design makes the tokens easy to read and identify during gameplay. Good quality, practical, and a great addition to my gaming accessories. Very happy with this purchase!
