Your army spreads disease and grinds opponents down through attrition — diseased units debuff enemies, polluted terrain limits their options, and your blessings reward staying in the fight. When disease markers, terrain effects, and combat bonuses are all stacking across a slow-moving frontline, one missed marker means a debuff your opponent should have been suffering or a blessing you forgot to claim.
The Plague Lords Token Set is a 67-token army tracking system designed for plague forces in fantasy tabletop wargaming. It keeps disease states, polluted terrain, blessing effects, and combat enhancements clearly visible — so you can focus on spreading inevitable decay.
Slow decay. Total corruption.
Built for Plague Armies
This is an army-specific tracking set.
It covers mechanics commonly associated with attrition-focused, disease-spreading plague armies, including:
- Disease status markers
- Polluted terrain trackers
- Blessing and frenzy ability markers
- Combat attack, wound, rend, and damage enhancements
- Ward save and damage immunity effects
- Enemy debuff markers (control, charge, movement, healing prevention)
- Strike order markers
- Casting and chanting modifiers
- Movement and charge modifiers
- Control score markers
- Leech resource trackers
A full visual overview of every token is shown in the product images.
Magnetic Storage Included
Each set comes in a dedicated magnetic storage box, designed to keep your tokens secure, organised, and protected during transport.
Fits perfectly in the left pocket of the Battlebox storage system, allowing you to integrate it into a modular setup.
Custom Colours & Lid Design
Choose your token base and text colours from 28 available colours — match your army's scheme or create high-contrast clarity for the table.
Select a lid design — army-themed text or icon, border only, or add custom text.
Transparency & Competitive Play
These are practical tracking tools, not decorative markers.
They exist to keep disease states, terrain effects, and layered debuffs clearly visible to both players — reducing ambiguity and improving the flow of play.
Who Is This For?
- Players running plague armies who want structured rule tracking
- Competitive players managing disease spread, terrain effects, and layered debuffs
- New players learning an attrition army with many overlapping status effects
- Clubs and groups looking for army-specific tracking solutions
Rules Updates & Future Changes
Army rules evolve over time. This set reflects commonly used plague faction mechanics at the time of production.
All products are made to order and designed, printed, and assembled in-house in Stockholm, Sweden. If meaningful rule changes occur, small add-on token packs are available rather than requiring a full replacement set.
Designed to Work Together
The Plague Lords Token Set integrates seamlessly within the Tree of Tales ecosystem.
Use the Universal Fantasy Token Set for shared core mechanics that apply across all armies. Use this set for your army's specific abilities and effects. Add the Terrain & Scenery Token Set for terrain and environmental tracking.
Build your tracking system over time.
